Academic is very pleased to be working with Grail Learning to provide you with web-based risk management and patient safety education. Grail Learning online delivery platform is accessible through any Internet connection, so you can participate at your convenience – anytime and anywhere.
Grail Learning courses ask you to analyze real-life situations that resulted in harm to patients and compensable damage to organizations, and then highlight where during the course of care errors were made and how the courts viewed the actions and behaviors of the involved providers.
New Users
Are you new to the courses this year?
Register as a "New User"
To access your online courses:
1. The unregistered learners must complete the registration. Go to
https://casepoint.grail-learning.com/academic-group/basic-new and create an account.
2. Fill out a short registration form: You will be asked to provide your name, degree as you would like it to appear on your CME certificates. All information collected is confidential and used only to record your participation and verify credentials for ACCME/CME. The login you create will be maintained for future course requirements.
4. Once you finish creating your new account you will be guided to your initial five-hour course program.

Returning Users
Did you attend courses last year?
Login as a "Returning User"
To access your online courses:
1. The learners registered prior in Med-IQ will receive an invite form Grail Learning Team (info@grail-learning.com) to access their new account. Please click ‘Accept Invite’ and follow the steps to access your account.
2. If the invite from Grail Learning has not been received but you had the active account with Med-IQ go to https://casepoint.grail-learning.com/learn/sign_in?client=academic-group.
Forgot your password or username?
DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT! PREVIOUS PARTICIPANTS
must ‘Sign In’. If you do not remember your login information, go to
https://casepoint.grail-learning.com/learn/forgot?client=academic-group enter your email address, an email will be sent to reset your password.
3. Once you log on you will be guided to your next eligible three-hour course program.
